Just a short drive north of San Antonio you will find this Mecca for hot sauce lovers in Fredericksburg, Texas. They have a huge selection of hot sauces and salsas, most of which are available to sample. They also have jams, jellies, pickles, dips, and other items to choose from. And if you are looking for the really hot stuff, they have a locked case with sauces that go as high as 8 million Scoville Units! If you don’t want that hot, though, they have plenty of other items to choose from, and it will be hard to walk out of the place without purchasing at least a few selections in your bag.
