New Hot & Spicy Fire Wok Ramen Packets from Nissin

Nissin has come up with two new flavors in its Hot & Spicy Fire Wok line and these will be sold in packets instead of bowls.  The new offerings are Torched Teriyaki Chicken and Screamin’ Sichuan Beef, and these come with chili-infused noodles and seasonings along with hot sauce packets. The company rates the heat level based on a scale of one to six chili peppers with the Teriyaki Chicken getting four out of six and the Sichuan Beef getting five out of six. Previous Hot & Spicy Fire Wok offerings from Nissan come in bowls and include Sizzlin’ Rich Pork (4 out of 6), Scorchin’ Sesame Shrimp (5 out of 6), Volcanic Mongolian Beef (6 out of 6), and Molten Chili Chicken (6 out of 6) and these are competing with the Buldak and Samyang brands of spicy Ramen which have proven quite popular. The two new packets are currently available at Walmart.

Perdue Releases New Air Fryer Ready Crispy Hot N’ Spicy Wings

Perdue is expanding its frozen chicken offerings with the new Air Fryer Ready Crispy Wings, and one of the flavors available is Hot N’ Spicy. These are designed to be heated in the air fryer, though they can be cooked in the oven as well. The Hot N’ Spicy is described as a bold and spicy flavor made with paprika-based spice blend. The wings come from cage-free chickens that are fed a vegetarian diet and not given antibiotics. The other flavors from this new line are Lemon Pepper and Roasted. These should be available in stores that carry Perdue products.

Frito-Lay Offers Flamin’ Hot Cinnamon Sugar Cheetos Popcorn

Frito-Lay is adding yet another Flamin’ Hot product to that ever-expanding line, and this one has a rather unique twist. Flamin’ Hot Cheetos Popcorn is already available in stores, but now they are adding cinnamon and sugar to the mix. On the bag it says “Deck the sweets with pops of heat!” as this offers a sweet and spicy take on the Flamin’ Hot flavor. These are limited time only and will likely disappear after the holidays.
