Smashburger Adds Mango Habanero Crispy Chicken Sandwich
Smashburger is kicking up its menu with a spicy new chicken offering. Following is the description from the press release:
The Mango Habanero Crispy Chicken Sandwich is made with a crispy chicken breast coated in a delicious sweet and spicy tropical-inspired sauce. Perfectly blending the succulent sweet taste of mango with the fiery kick of habanero, the premium handheld is topped with lettuce and mayonnaise – all cradled within the soft bite of a sweet roll.
This sandwich is available in stores now and will head back to Limited-Time-Only-Ville after April 23rd.
Popeyes Adds Honey Lemon Pepper Wings
This nationwide chicken chain is adding a new flavor to its wings selection. The Honey Lemon Pepper wings brings sweet and tangy flavor and the right touch of heat from the black pepper according to Popeyes. You can currently order these in the app ($5.99 for six in my area) as an early preview, and they will be on the menu for a limited time starting April 1st. The other wings flavors Popeyes offers are Honey BBQ, Roasted Garlic Parmesan, Signature Hot, Ghost Pepper, and Sweet ‘N Spicy.
Cheetos Flamin’ Hot Smoky Ghost Pepper Puffs Return for Ghostbusters Premiere
Cheetos is bringing back a Flamin’ Hot flavor that was around last Summer as part of a tie-in with the upcoming Ghostbusters movie. This special edition of the Flamin’ Hot Smoky Ghost Pepper Puffs is available in stores and has a QR code that you can scan to win a three-day, two-night trip for you and a guest to attend a Sony Pictures movie premiere in the future.
