by Lay’s is Bringing Back Some Fan Favorites and Adding New Flavors
Lay’s is constantly busy rotating its snack selections on the shelves, and it has announced some new and returning flavors for 2025. One that I am particularly looking forward to is the return of Cheetos Crunchy Nashville Hot which I tried previously but never got around to reviewing. Those are on the shelves now, and a new addition coming in February is the Flamin’ Hot Crunchy Dill Pickle Cheetos.
For Fritos fans, you can look forward to the return of Flavor Twists Queso as well as the addition of Jalapeño & Lime Flavor Twists. For the Doritos lineup, they will be adding Spicy Queso Doritos and Hot Korean BBQ Doritos along with three mystery flavors. Those will be hitting the shelves over the next few months.
For fans of Lay’s potato chips, the Salsa Fresca flavor will be making a return and we will get the addition of Honey Habanero Ruffles in March. And lovers of Tostitos can look forward to the arrival of the Ghost Pepper Tostitos Salsa flavor in April. Pretty much all of these will be limited time releases, so grab them when you see them on the shelves!
Taco Bell Sends Chicken Nuggets Back to Limited-Time-Only-Ville
You had to expect it. Taco Bell’s new chicken nuggets proved to be a bit hit (and they are quite good, see my review here), so that means the the marketing “geniuses” working for that company yanked them from the menu. They started disappearing over the last week or so, and I am guessing by now you will not find them at hardly any of the chain’s locations. But expect them back somewhere down the road, because that’s the way Taco Bell rolls. Like Nacho Fries, these will probably become a “permanent” limited-time item and come and go on a regular basis with new promotions.
